Solid oak and glass have modernised this Warrington home.
This painted staircase in Warrington, Cheshire was showing signs of wear and tear. The solution was a complete staircase refurbishment, replacing all the main components with high quality pre-finished stairparts. A combination of natural solid oak and toughened in-line glass was the customers style of choice.
In addition to the main stair components being replaced with solid oak the stair strings are to be overlayed with oak veneers. To create extra floor space the small cupboard to the underside of the staircase is to be removed. A new small under stairs cupboard is to be fitted, this is to include a pair of oak doors.
Once complete the finished job looks amazing. The customers choice of staircase combined with modern final finishings have completely transformed the space.
Our solid oak and glass staircases are installed pre-finished in a highly durable coating that requires no further maintenance.
Toughened glass is a great way to make a space feel lighter and maximise any natural light.
The small understairs cupboard was finished with a pair of oak doors mounted on soft close hinges, new oak frame and architraves were also installed.
We specialise in transforming dated staircases into modern high quality feature staircases.
